Crashing to desktop on new PC

Bought a new PC for Christmas to run Path of Exile 2 and it immediately crashes to desktop. My old PC has a 2080ti and would crash once or twice a day so I decided to upgrade to a whole new rig with a 5070ti. The new PC is completely unplayable. Crash to desktop within 10 seconds of opening the game, every time.
I have switched to Vulkan, deleted shader caches, upgraded shader cache size to 100gb, disabled multi threading, etc. None of these suggestions have made any changes.
