Character stuck in the instance.

I was playing Act 4 with my character FST_TOTEMZ when I killed the boss Yama the White and he dropped his coin. I simply couldn't pick up the coin and I also can't click on anything – teleport, waypoint. The only thing that works is clicking on a friend in the party and teleporting to them, but I can't even do that in the instance where I killed the boss. I tested other characters and they are working normally; only this character is blocked.
