Varashta's Blessing lienage support doesn't seem to work properly

This lineage gem seems bugged. Or at the very least, doesn't reflect on my tooltip when I place it on any minion I have on my character. Not sure what else to put here. Maybe its a tooltip bug? Kind of hard to tell

It does seem to support spell skills tho(works for my frost bomb)1. The gem reads "supports any skill that can deal damage". If it doesn't support minion skills, I think it should have a line stating that it doesn't work on minion skills if it is not supposed to
