Ignaduk not giving spirit for reward

Yes, I checked, I had 60 spirit going into the fight due to my amulet having +30 Spirit.

Act 1 mist- 30 spirit
my amulet -30 spirit

I'm currently at 60 spirit. I did not get extra spirit when killing Ignaduk. The spear dropped but that was it.

I am currently on Hardcore and missing 30 spirit does cause a hindrance.

I've re logged, switched characters and even killed it multiple times still no spirit.

Spoke with support via email, they pretty much told me that they can't help me. I can't progress my character due missing important node that was suppose to be in the game.

Take off all your gear. How much spirit do you have?

Are you an invoker with Lead me through Grace?
Do you have the Lord of the Wilds keystone?

Took off all my gear, shows im at 30 spirit. (Which i got the 30 spirit from Mist act 1 boss)

I'm a titan, and i do not have lord of the wilds keystone.

The act 3 icon + symbol to show that if you kill it i will get passive point but it wont drop. I've tried shutting down, killing it multiple times, switching characters. I currently have 1,000 + hours of game time for poe 2.

I am currently on hardcore so not having my spirit buff sucks.

UPDATE:

Lythara from the interlude did drop her 45 spirit, but Ignaduk still not dropping her spirit. The icon on the map is even showing that i haven't gotten it. (yes i know that was visual bug in the past) But still no spirit drop from her.

Silly question probably but is it in your Titan extra inventory?
