[Gems][Jewels]"Prism of Belief +3 Level not applying to Dark Effigy"

I am using a Prism of Belief jewel with the modifier "+3 to Level of all Spell Totem Skills." My main skill is Dark Effigy, which has the "Spell, Totem" tags.

Even with the jewel socketed, the Mana Cost and Damage of Dark Effigy do not change. I have confirmed this by checking the stats in a combat zone (outside of town).

Steps I have already taken to try and fix it:

Traveled to a different Act/Hideout to refresh the instance.

Removed and re-socketed the Dark Effigy gem and the Prism of Belief while in a combat zone.

Verified that the jewel is in an active ordinary socket on the passive tree.

Restarted the game.



Despite the gem having the correct tags, the jewel's level bonus is not being recognized by the skill. This appears to be a mechanical mismatch or a calculation bug.

Additional Info:

Skill: Dark Effigy (Level 13 base + 7 global)

Jewel: Prism of Belief (Item Level 65, Corrupted)

Class: Witch / Lich
