The game freezes and then works again

The game freezes and then restarts at a "faster pace." This process lasts for a few seconds and then reappears for no apparent reason. I've tried everything here—various driver versions, changing the rendering from DirectX 12 to Vulcan, varying the detail level of the graphics—basically everything I could find online for similar issues—and unfortunately, nothing helps. Perhaps one of you has experienced a similar issue and managed to resolve it somehow? My computer specs are: 7800X3D + 7900XTX.
