Isn't it a bug to deal 1.5 million damage to an arbiter without using anything?

Ofcourse you didn't care to open pob of that build, where you would see that they use Hollow Palm Technique which grant physical damage per level and prevent using weapons, its literally unarmed build that require no weapon, so only cool part of this video is not using armor to cap resists and avoid attacks
