Bug on Akhti and Anundr

Hi, I am experiencing a bug on Akhti and Anundr where after kill, doesnt drop the book of specialization. I tried resetting instance. Closing and opening game back and still no luck. I tried to comeback another day but to no avail.

I check the map and it does not have an X on it. Please Help
