Something bricked (Some) spirit gems

Something changed between last night and today, with no patch updates or notes.

Now some of my meta gems are bugged and will not activate saying "missing socketed skill" although I have not changed anything.

I can fix the problem by investing into a new gem, same level, same skills/supports.
