act 4 bricked

finished tarv, teleported to town to talk to the hooded one and he is at the bridge and doesnt give me the option to go to the interludes. ive tried resetting the instance a few times , ive redone tarv 3 times.ive tried waiting in the hide out for 30 minutes. nothing is fixing it, my account is bricked in act 4.

FIXED- you need to get the book from the dude inside the house!
