Can't pick up Simulacrum Splinters due to Bosses body block

10x Simulacrum Splinters where dropped under the boss of a map. I killed the boss, but I was unable to pick them, visually the bosses tail was blocking it but programmatically I don't know what the problem is.
Tried to log off/on and also go to town and back, but it didn't help.
