Act 3 map stay flooded after activating matlan waterways

Before when finishing waterways area the map would appear and show the lake being drained. It doesnt do it anymore and it stay flooded. The character dialogue also get interupted now when this happen.

It also stay flooded after when checking the map or using the waypoint.
