Molten Vault Map overrun by the Abyssal empty

I used 1 irradiation tablet and 2 abyss tablets on a Molten Vault map that was supposed to be "overrun by the abyssal". Inside of the map, there spawned exactly two rituals with some monsters inside, the vaal league mechanic with some monsters and one rogue exile. Not a single other monster or abyss spawned.
