Can't enter Qimah Reservoir - Entrance vansished - Cant progress

As per title. Summoned dude, he lowered pedestal thingy, door opened. (Recruit The Maraketh Quest line)

Went around to clear map before using the door. Got clapped. Door disappeared and never came back.

Now stuck and cant progress.
