Kelari's abilities have terrible performance issues

I'm running the game at 75 fps using the recommended graphic options and when using brutality or deception the game stutters for a bit.

In most cases it would be fine since it's more stuff on the screen to render and it is when doing maps, but it's egregious when the camera is zoomed in, my fps goes from 75 to ~25, this CANNOT be normal.
