Zarokh's Refrain on comet skill with Align Fate skill

Hi,

Is the support gem Zarokh's Refrain able to trigger when placed in the Comet skill with Align fate for a Druid Oracle?

At the end of the countdown for Align Fate, the Comet triggers and 2 comets appear as expected.

When the Echo gem is replaced with Zarokh's Refrain, the countdown for Aligns Fate hits zero and then sits there - "waiting for enemies" although I can be surrounded by enemies and it's not triggering.

I know this late reply, but only non channel , non buff and non cooldown skill can be use,. Zarokh add cooldown to your spell
