Skills randomly not working anymore

I was in the game running a map. After finishing the map i decided to check my gear on what improvements i could make. I did no changes and saw that 2 of my skills requiring spirit are not working anymore.

It says "Not usable within current weapon set".

I managed to fix one of the skills by equipping a second weapon of the same type into Weapon slot 2. However, 2 minutes after the skill got bugged again.

Currently i am unable to use Wind Dancer and Elemental Conflux. I have all the spirit that is needed.
