Ignagduk - The Bog Witch. Spirit Bug

Good day. I have a problem with Ignagduk. I kill her, get the loot, use the Skull and not resive spirit increase. Still have 30 spirit, despire quest is complete.

Some factor that must be - i kill her with minions, not allow to enter second phase, i be in werewolf form when use skull, i have equipped scepter wia Lord of the Wilds.

Is there any way to fix it, or char permamently broken?

How much spirit do you have with nothing equipped? If you have Lord of the Wilds then 30 is correct, assuming you also got the spirit in Act 1.
