Life Flask health doesn’t recover

When you take damage dot like fire dmg,i spam the button to use life flask but is not heal.
The hotkey is notworking and it has no effect.
i can use mana flask. but not Life Flask
regen is working
i tp or logout is fix, But when I spam it again is coming back
