Long Loading screen / Loading screen crash

This has been happening since 2-3 days ago. Usually after 4-5 times that I moved to a different area/map (including going to hideout or town), it will take a long time to load and the result is either it will finally load up or crash but most of the time it crashes. Was using Vulkan renderer, tried DX12 but still the same. It was not like this last week, so probably from the recent patches something triggered this.
