Crackling Barrier does not work with Raise Shield skill despite channeling tag.

Tested with Resonating Shield and Raise Shield.

When opening the character UI the thorns damage from Crackling Barrier only applies during the shield bash animation of Raise Shield, not when holding the shield up.

When Testing with Resonating Shield it applies the whole time.
