multiple screens of the game come up after tabbing in to another program

I have noticed that when I have tabbed out to another program another screen of poe 2 gets created and I'm constantly getting deadlock detected since the start of the league to such a point that I can't play the game for more than 5 minutes at a time. Any time something loads in the game I get deadlock detected crash.
