Herald of Thunder not usable

Earlier I've had the issue of both Herald of Ice and Thunder not working but the checkboxes for both weapon sets did the trick. Now suddenly after doing a trial of sehkima my thunder is disabled and I cant check the boxes. It says "not usable with current weapon set settings"
