Abyssal Depths Werewolf Druid Bug

Hello, I just had a strange bugged Abyssal Depths instance for my werewolf druid. I haven't experienced a bug like this before. Anyways, it seemed like on hit effects were just nonfunctional. Things such as Pounce marking an enemy did not function so no wolves could be summoned through it and it was basically a dead ability in the run. The other major thing I experienced is that the main spam ability Shred would not generate the ice orbs on frozen targets so the entire functionality of the kit was nerfed significantly for the entire run.
