Finshed "The Search" and The Hooded One bugged out

I finished the final fight for "The Search" The Hooded One slammed into the ground inside of Tavakai and then the animation for him to cure Tavakai and Makoru bugged out, have tried logging out, restarting game completely, respawning at checkpoint etc. Nothing has worked. Additionally respawning at checkpoint cause all 3 of them to disapear but they are still on the minimap

" New istance at kingsmarch waypoint neither? |

I am currently on my third "Full reset" of the 2 maps by going back to Kingsmarch and then travelling back on the ship and completely re running the mission

" Mmm thats not how you rest the istance. Go to kingsmarch waypoint then highlight Ngakanu and hold the interact button until a window popup, there you create new istance. Did this already? |

Yeah, I've also hit the 15 minute reset window and have started the fight with Tavakai again so lets see if it works this time I am going to position myself well away from the Hooded Ones animation this time and hope it doesn't brick

So I think what caused the glitch out is that I killed Tavakai too close to a wall and that bugged out The Hooded Ones animation
