Holten Estate Boss Duo Bugged

Did a rerun with a new character and fought the Holten estate boss duo. Lady didn’t spawn until Thane was almost defeated. I got one shotted by Lady and had to fight again, but, this time Thane didn’t spawn, turns out he’s already dead under the stage. So I fought Lady and defeated her, but, there were no drops from boss or quest completion. I tried respawning at checkpoint but the two are still dead and the quest (Find the Thane and Lady) still isn’t completed.

Issue Summary:

- Boss (Lady) not spawning during start of fight
- Second round retry after dying, other boss (Thane) already dead
- Bosses dropped no items
- Bosses defeated but no quest completion
