Can’t equip my helmet and belt

So I login into my witch build and I noticed that the helmet and belt are red on my character and it say the stats will be ignored I’ve done everything but it still doesn’t work and don’t ask me to remove the increased reservation efficiency of minions skill from belt or helmet no way please fix

So you are telling me you can only have one of the increased reservation efficiency of minion skill

This game is completely gone bad
