Lost Skill point

Good afternoon and happy new year. I'm having an issue with my skill points, I just did a Respec and I need one more point for Chaos inoculation. So, I took off Imbibed Power, I added Chaos inoculation, character even did the Quip about having a pure soul or whatever. Then when I saved, it took my gold, but Chaos inoculation never applied. I went to check Imbibed Power thinking surely I can just take it off again, but I didn't have imbibed power either. So, it took my skill point from imbibed power, did not give me chaos inoculation and now I am down a skill point. I look around making sure I did not misclick another skill and I didn't, all the same skills are there from the build I am following to verify nothing is out of place. Not sure what I can do now since 1 skill point is a huge deal at this level. In the meantime, I will remove another point to get chaos inoculation active. Hoping you can scan the account and see if everything is in order and an explanation to what happen because I am definitely missing a skill point somewhere. Thanks in advance.
