The Jade Isles - Manoki frozen

At the end of the first phase, after the animation that knocks you character down, Manoki was off screen and my character was never able to stand up. After exiting to charcter screen and then logging back in my character was able to move around the entire arena but the boss was left standing in the first arena area and I was unable to complete the fight.

This was double frustrating since I had no way to exit the boss arena and have to exit the game until the instance closes.
