LOGBOOKS NOT DROPPING IN SSF

hi, can you address this issue in SSF, i'm level 96 and i haven't found logbooks.. the only logbook i found is level 73 and i think that's on the quest by dannig in maps. Please check the video.

AND NO MY FILTER ISN'T HIDING THE LOGBOOKS. I DOUBLE/TRIPLE CHECKED.
