Atziri's Temple cannot be completed

While in the temple it is possible to get a room where the doors are blocked however there are no enemies to kill. I am stuck in here, short of being able to port out, but everything after this room is now blocked.

I am also aware that sometimes invisible enemies exist, which are just painfully annoying as well, however that is not the case this time.
