Royal access chamber

Hello, I'm level 78, killed the architect many times, but I never got the Royal access chamber at the console so I can't proceed at the Atziri Chamber.

 Hello, the Boss needs to be at 75 not your character, find a waystone and up the level of your map at 75 then beat the boss it should appear |

I had the same problem and on the second try at mob's lvl 75 i did get the Royal Access Chamber   |
