Expedition - Cannot Pick Up Loot

Loot seems to be stuck and cannot be picked up when it is under an exploded corruption node in Expedition's Lush Isle.

In the screenshot below, that crater where the 3x Black Scythe Artifacts lie was from a corruption node. I cannot pick up the artifacts. Might be a larger issue that extends too all loot.



Edit: Just realized it occurred again on the same map with another corruption node. See second screenshot with a single Black Scythe Artifact. I can't pick that one up either.
