Dodge Roll MTX's and Blink

None of the new dodge roll effects work together with Blink except Phoenix. I spent a lot of money specifically for Rat Swarm. Please fix this.

Also, when the Marble Statue effect is active, you can’t open a portal. You have to move to break it first, then you can open it, which is pretty annoying.
