[SOLVED] Missing Atlas Boss Points. Stuck 8/10

Hello there! After painstakingly going through everything to make sure nothing has been missed, it seems like my progression for the Atlas boss skill points has broken at some point, leaving me at 8/10.
I have completed both regular and Uber Arbiter, and have double checked all boss kills at 79, 80, 81 and 82 area levels. It just wont ever drop.
