Spirit Reservation: 11% Efficiency not correctly reducing 100 Spirit cost below 90

There appears to be a rounding or breakpoint issue with Spirit Reservation Efficiency when using Cast on Critical (23% Quality). With a base cost of 100 Spirit, 11% Efficiency is failing to reduce the reserved amount further than the 10% efficiency threshold. 

Setup Details: Total Spirit: 149
Other Reservations: Wolf Pack (60 Spirit)
Target Gem: Cast on Critical (23% Quality / 11% Reservation Efficiency)
Base Spirit Cost of Gem: 100 

Steps to Reproduce: Equip Cast on Critical with 10% Reservation Efficiency. The UI correctly shows 90 Spirit reserved (Expected based on \(100/1.1\approx 90.9\), rounded down).

Increase efficiency to 11% (via 23% quality).The UI still shows 90 Spirit reserved. 

Expected Result: At 11% Efficiency, the reserved amount should drop to 89 Spirit (\(100/1.11\approx 90.09\), which should ideally not round to 90 but rather to 89 depending on intended floor/ceiling logic). Given the tight margin for me here with me literally missing out on 1 spirit I am a bit sad, this missing 1 Spirit prevents the build from functioning as intended. Essentially this makes the quality upgrade via corruption here useless, the reservation remains static at 90.
