[China PoE2] Game Still Can't Remeber Keyboard Move Method Setting After Using Gamepad

it is ridiculous that game still can't remember keyboard move method setting ( WASD or Mouse)
after using gamepad. but this is in your patch 0.4 note.

GGG: it looks like your programmers can work irresponsiblly. can you at least impose fine on him/her?

GGG must hold related programmer accountable!
