Can't alter passive tree

When i try to change passive tree it resets to before the changes.

Are you trying to remove passives and build a new path at the same time?

I try both refunding passives, exiting, and then reentering the new nodes and when exit and return to the passive tree it resets to before the changes. I also try doing it at the same time, without exiting.
