Servers instabilities back

Hi, since yesterday getting servers (instance) instabilities again. In the middle of instance I get high ms spikes and eventually getting disconnect with "Disconnected | game server lost contact with the realm." When logging back it I get NEW instance without (campaign) map revealed. I tried Milan server, London, Amsterdam.
