Prism of Belief Does Noting!!!

Saw few same post, but they're outdated a bit.
Here's an issue:

As you may see tooltip doesn't change with or without prism of belief.
I hope It's just a visual bug...

Nothing helps: relog, reequipe etc.

Skill is Tamed Companion lvl 35 (with all bonuses) btw
