Waistgate + Lavianga's Spirits snapshotting bug

You can equip a Waistgate unique belt, equip a Lavianga's Spirits unique mana flask into your life flask slot, and then exchange the belt to something else and you still benefit from the mana flask in your life flask slot with the passive regeneration. Only the activation part is disabled.

Sounds oddly unintuitive and buggy.
