Blasphemy(+Despair) not bugged with Hexblast/Decaying Hex

I´ve found that neither decaying hex support rune nor hexblast work when used with despair.

Yes, it's not bugged.
Hexblast works with curses that have a duration. Blasphemy curses don't have a duration. I guess Decaying Hex isn't supposed to work with Blasphemy. |

decaying hex is in the suggested support runes for blasphemy though.
