leech dont work from tree?

on my oracle bear, i have leech on my passive tree, the leech only works for walking calamity now for some reason? before i could also leech from maul, furios slam and rampage. seems like my build is broken? please help


it was leeching until i got some new gear but its all rare, zero uniqes. i tryed to unspec the leech passives, and replace them. thyed weapon swap 1 or 2. dont work anymore.
im following zizarans oracle calamity bear build.
