Stutter and fickering on alt tabbing

When alt-tabbing to other applications, the game stutters. The main game screen also flickers to black when a YouTube video is switched to fullscreen on a second monitor. Additionally, when alt-tabbing to TradeSite, for example, the browser feels laggy.


This issue started a couple of days ago. Before that, everything was working correctly.

Even simply switching back and forth between the game and Discord causes FPS spikes in-game as seen on image, which is unusual.

I'm on Adaptative Vsync, DX12, Windowed Fullscreen and both fps cap off
