Loading time + AMD driver bug

I started this league on launch, got a lvl 95 stormweaver. Since day one I have a constant message to update my AMD driver and ofc it is updated but it appears every single time.

I stopped playing the league after 1-2 weeks i had no problem with loading times but i wanted to help my friend with currency and sell my stuff, every single loading screen takes 3-4 minutes now

THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!

Can't even imagine how many other players have the same problem, fix your game GGG.
