Foil Gambler Ring broke my Resist Table

Greetings,

I bought a foil gambler ring last night that was all positives. Well, I when I replaced my old ring with it all my resist dropped. So, even after I placed my old ring on my resist are still broken. I was over capped btw.

I was able to temporarily fix this by changing my runes last night. Woke up this morning and this issue is still happening no more what I do. How do I repair this?
