lost all awards 18:03

I completed 3 Temples of Chaos and received 3 keys to enter the Trial Master. I went to the Trial Master and defeated him. The game froze and turned off. I launched the game and was kicked out of the temple and was left with nothing. This just happened. Entry to the Trial Master costs 7 Divines!!!! I grinded for a whole hour.
