lightning arrow prism of belief issue/bug

my prism of belief +3 to lightning arrow isnt adding damage on the tool tip. it some poeple said its still adding damage and its just a visual bug. but it just doesnt feel like its adding any damage at all.

" Put it on and relog, tornado +3 did the same to me and the tooltip corrected itself after logging back in |

ive done everything. resocket relog rezoned different combinations at a time and no changes.

" That really sucks that it's not updating the tool tip, for a peace of mind I would personally test to see if your damaged is really being changed and it's just a UI bug |
