Instance crash in the Temple of Chaos when I use Whirling Assault

I play Monk Acolyte of Chayula and use Whirling Assault. The game constantly crashes when I use this skill. This happens in any room. After the crash, the game doesn't return me to the challenge room; I appear on a portal. I lose my ultimates. Out of 10 ultimates, I only managed to complete one; all the others crash.

I have the same issue, also happens on certain map bosses

Is anyone from GGG looking or aware of this issue ?
