Increased Stun Duration does not work

Hi,
I wanted to scale Stun Duration so I tested with a Talisman that had 26% increased Stun Duration on suffix. I observe no difference in stun duration with and without this affix. Seems broken/bugged/not implemented. ขุดครั้งสุดท้าย เมื่อ 13 ม.ค. 2026 08:11:03
